I'm a sucker for anything chocolate. Anything. I have found the yummiest, easiest recipe for Chocolate Covered Frozen Bananas! You must try this recipe:
popsicle sticks (or kabob sticks)
Crushed nuts (or other toppings)
Peel ripe bananas and cut them in half. Stick a popsicle stick up them, length-wise. Lay them on a large piece of foil and place them in the freezer for at least an hour. When they are frozen solid, take them out and drizzle Magic Shell over them, working over your piece of foil. Work fast, as the Magic Shell hardens quickly. While still liquid, sprinkle nuts (or coconut, or sprinkles, or just about anything) on the bananas. Place them back in the freezer, on the foil. They are ready to devour in about 10 minutes. If you can wait that long.
